Our policy on Personalised Items Terms & Conditions applies to any order with customisation.

1. Once an order includes personalisation, it is considered final, and no changes or exchanges are allowed.

2. Orders cannot be split between personalised and non-personalised items. If you wish to receive non-personalised items separately, please place separate orders.

Turnaround Time: Our current processing time is 5 business days. This may vary during busy periods for personalised items. Your patience is appreciated as one person handles these tasks.

Please review spelling carefully before placing an order, as changes cannot be made afterward. Confirm your colour choice as it is considered final. If unsure, contact us via email before ordering for assistance in selecting the best fonts and colors.
